Since 1986, the Hall of Christian Excellence is our
Department's way of recognizing outstanding laymen. Every General
Assembly, laymen have been chosen from all over the U.S., honoring their
work for Christ and his church. Their names are literally in a
"hall" in the International Offices of the Church of God.
As was the case in 2002 and 2006, we partnered with Women's
Ministries to expand the Hall to include outstanding women as well. At the Laity and Pastor's Luncheon on Friday, they received the awards. We'd like to share that slide presentation to you; you can also hear the ceremony at the Luncheon as well.
